Once you have filled out the form below and submitted your $30 non negiotable consideration fee. (This is to ensure you are serious and not just another pathetic loser trying to waste my time.) You must pay $30 through PayPal to proceed.

 

Once I recieve this form from you I will send you an email immediately with instructions to move forward. Incriminating photos will be required in the next step, humiliating personal stories will also be required.

 

Your Contract will be send via email within 24 hours of completion of this form. You will review it, contact me regarding any errors. Once the contract is complete you will print it out, sign it, photocopy it and email it back to me immediately.

 

You must have a webcam or camera to send me pictures and videos of tasks you are given.

 

I will give you tasks to complete with proof of completion to add to my vault of blackmail material (I will not require any illegal acts.)

 

You must check your emails often as I will send you tasks with deadlines. Miss a deadline and pay up.

 

If you want out of our contract before the end date stated on the full contract you will receive and sign then you will pay $300 fine. Once payment has been received all information I have on you in my vault will be immediately destroyed. If fine is not paid within the alloted 48 hours of breaking the contract, everything I have on you will be sent out.
